Sam Williams
Sam Williams is a Brighton based illustrator and print maker with over 10 years experience. He graduated from Portsmouth University in 1997 and after a brief detour into gardening set up an illustration collective with an old friend from university.
After 8 years of computer-based illustration, a reintroduction to the world of screen printing in 2008 opened the door to an additional avenue of image making.
His clients include AKA, Summersdale Publishing, Aurora, and The Times.
Inspiration for these images comes from the usual suspects – cinema, science fiction and the optimism of vintage poster design giving the work a nostalgic edge.
